Leamington, ON – The Leamington Flyers are set to open Round 1 of the 2026 Western Conference Playoffs after closing out the regular season on a 10-game winning streak. The Flyers finished the year with 41 wins, 83 points, and secured third place in the Western Conference standings, carrying significant momentum into the postseason.
Game 1 is set for Thursday, March 5 at 7:10 p.m. at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre, where the intensity of playoff hockey will take centre stage.
“This group has earned this opportunity with the way they’ve competed, stayed committed to each other, and continued to grow all season,” said General Manager and Head Coach Dale Mitchell. “Finishing the way we did says a lot about their character. Now we’re excited to get started and have our fans pack the stands and bring the noise.”
After a strong regular season and a red-hot finish, the Flyers are ready for the challenge that playoff hockey brings. Fans are invited to pack the rink and help generate the atmosphere that defines playoff hockey in Leamington.
